The hotel boasts clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. the friendly staff provides good service and everything we required for our stay. There's a common kitchen on the floor with appliances, and a play area with swings, trampolines, billiards, and table tennis. the location, although a bit far from the city center, offers a peaceful atmosphere ideal for a relaxing getaway.
The bathrooms were small, which might not accommodate larger groups.

The breakfast was excellent and there was a common kitchen on the floor which had all the necessary amenities. The play area was great too, with a variety of activities for children and adults to enjoy. The wine was also really good, which helped to make the xmas period more enjoyable.
The location was a bit of a let down, as it was quite far from Cesky Krumlov and not easily accessible by public transport. Communication was also a bit of a challenge as the owner spoke only Czech and German, with no English.

the breakfast was fantastic, and there was a common kitchen on the floor, equipped with a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. the play area had plenty of entertainment options, including a swing, trampoline, billiards, and table tennis.
The hotel's location was a bit out of the way, about 25-30 minutes from Cesky Krumlov, and public transport was not very accessible. This made it slightly inconvenient for us, but as we had a car, it was not a big concern.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The clean hotel and excellent breakfast were the highlights of my visit. the staff and owner were friendly and provided everything that I needed for a comfortable and short stay. The hotel facilities were great with a common kitchen on the floor that included an electric kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. The play area with a swing, trampoline, billiards, and table tennis was also a plus.
Nothing for me.
